COLOUR MASTERBATCHES
COLOSOL® colour masterbatches are high-temperature stable, weatherable, and consistent. Designed to withstand prolonged heating cycles, they ensure clean, even colour distribution across large hollow moulded parts. COLOSOL® delivers brilliant, fade-resistant colours through thermally stable pigments that withstand harsh processing conditions, smooth dispersion for consistent wall thickness, and long-term outdoor colour performance.
Additive Masterbatches
PERSOL® additive masterbatches enhance durability, improve processing stability, and extend service life. Technologies include UV stabilisers formulated for five to ten years of outdoor durability, antioxidants for thermal and oxidative protection, processing aids for improved powder flow and smooth sintering, and antimicrobial systems for hygiene-focused applications. PERSOL® solutions strengthen materials throughout processing, extending the durability of every roto-moulded part.
Productivity Enhancement Masterbatches
PROSOL® masterbatches ensure easy mould release and faster cycle times. By improving melt behaviour, reducing defects, and optimising cycle stability, PROSOL® solutions enhance efficiency at every stage of the roto moulding process, delivering measurable productivity gains for tank manufacturers and high-volume processors.

FAQs: Roto Moulding
This decides whether the masterbatch should be suitable for pulverizing or dry blending.
Carrier compatibility ensures proper melting, mixing and dispersion of pigments or additives in the base polymer. Poor compatibility can cause streaks, weak properties, poor surface finish and processing problems.
Masterbatch provides colour, UV resistance, antioxidant protection, opacity, antimicrobial performance, flame retardancy, processing improvement and special effects in rotomoulded products.
Rotomoulding has long heating cycles and no screw mixing during moulding. Therefore, the masterbatch must have excellent dispersion, thermal stability and compatibility with the base polymer powder.
Water tanks and outdoor products are exposed to sunlight for many years. UV masterbatch protects the polymer from cracking, chalking, brittleness, fading and loss of mechanical strength.
Yes. For water storage tanks, the masterbatch should provide excellent UV protection, opacity, thermal stability, food or potable water contact suitability where applicable, and long-term outdoor durability.
Long-term outdoor life can be improved by using suitable UV stabilizer masterbatch, weather-resistant pigments, antioxidant support, proper polymer grade, correct oven cycle and controlled processing conditions.
