OUR SOLUTIONS
Engineered for Every Challenge
COLOUR MASTERBATCHES
COLOSOL® masterbatches are formulated for bold colours, high opacity, and perfect consistency. We formulate high-impact, delta-E accurate colours with smooth dispersion and superior weatherability across a wide range of polymers, ensuring reliable colour performance throughout every production run.
Productivity Enhancement Masterbatches
PROSOL® masterbatches enhance productivity, facilitate faster colour change, and improve the dimensional and processing stability of blow moulded articles, enabling higher output consistency across continuous production operations.
Additive Masterbatches
PERSOL® additive masterbatches enhance performance and improve stability to meet final application requirements. Technologies include UV stabilisers for outdoor tanks and containers, antioxidants for materials with multiple heat histories, and antimicrobial systems for hygiene-sensitive products.
Additive Masterbatches
ECOWHITE and TRANSFILL mineral-filled masterbatches deliver higher stiffness and strength, improved dimensional stability and durability, and enhanced Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR) properties in blow moulded components.
Customised Blow Moulding Solutions
KONSPEC offers customised masterbatch development tailored to your resin and tuned to your process. Services include exact colour matching for packaging and branding requirements and support for regulatory compliance needs. Custom development ensures your blow moulding line runs smoother, faster, and with higher part consistency.

FAQs: Blow Moulding
The right masterbatch should be selected based on base polymer, processing method, processing temperature, product thickness, colour requirement, functional requirement, regulatory need and final application.
Carrier compatibility ensures proper melting, mixing and dispersion of pigments or additives in the base polymer. Poor compatibility can cause streaks, weak properties, poor surface finish and processing problems.
Masterbatch is used to provide colour, opacity, UV protection, stiffness, ESCR improvement, antistatic property, barrier support, slip, processing improvement and other functional benefits in bottles, containers, cans, drums and tanks.
Yes. A masterbatch with unsuitable carrier resin, high filler content, poor melt strength or poor compatibility can affect parison sagging, wall thickness distribution and bottle weight consistency.
Outdoor products require colour masterbatch with weather-resistant pigments, UV stabilizer masterbatch and antioxidant support to protect the product against sunlight, heat and oxidation.
Thin-wall bottles need excellent dispersion, high tinting strength and good opacity at lower dosage. Poor masterbatch selection can lead to streaks, weak spots, patchy colour and poor drop strength.
Chemical containers require masterbatches with excellent chemical resistance, low extractables, good dispersion, UV stability where needed, and compatibility with HDPE or the selected base resin.
