Quality Control Executive – Masterbatches & Compounds

About the role:
Test raw materials, in-process samples and finished masterbatches and compounds against specifications, so only conforming product reaches customers.
Key responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials; test in-process and finished goods for MFI, ash, moisture, density, dispersion and colour.
Prepare test specimens (plaques, films, mouldings) and retain control samples.
Release or hold batches, issue CoAs and keep test records traceable.
Report out-of-spec results promptly; support root-cause analysis and audits.
Keep lab instruments calibrated and in good condition.
What you need:
B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry / Polymer Science) or Diploma/B.Tech in Plastics / Polymer Technology.
2–5 years in a QC lab in the polymer, masterbatch or compounding industry.
Knowledge of ASTM / ISO / IS test methods.
Preferred: CIPET, ISO 9001 internal auditor training, spectrophotometer experience.
