These master batches are manufactured with different loadings of titanium dioxide, the principal pigment. We offer grades upto 75% titanium dioxide loading for various applications.

Customers can choose from pure white and whites with blue undertone. The grades of titanium dioxide are carefully chosen to ensure high opacity and good dispersion. The base carrier selected has total compatibility with the polymer being coloured.

These master batches are manufactured with PE, PP and PS base carriers, depending on the application.

The selection of Titanium Dioxide is done carefully considering the type of final application. Only rutile grades of Titanium Dioxide are used.

• The Selection of for a Specific applications is made carefully considering various critical factors like, High Speed and High Temperature Extrusion, where lacing problem is very common.

• Multilayer films manufactured through High Speed Extrusion or processing of low MFI Polymers may result in build up of an undesired material on the die lip forming rollers etc. can cause the disruption in production and quality of the product.

• When the final article is exposed to direct Sunlight it tends to change its colour due to induced UV degradation. That may also be an effect of the white pigment used in colouring of the particular product, where antiyellowing character is required which is purely based on the coatings applied on the TDO.
