1. U.V. MASTERBATCHES FOR PP FIBRES :
KONSPEC has developed UV Masterbatches for PP Fibre application. PP
Fibres are the one of the most colourfast and naturally stain resistant
fibre available. These characteristics have contributed to the success
of this material in residential and industrial applications. The final
applications of these PP fibres include outdoor carpets, A wings,
umbrellas and interior automotive fibres.
2. U.V. MASTERBATCHES FOR ROTATIONAL
MOULDING
Rotomoulded banks are used in outdoors for extended periods and they
are exposed to maximum UV rays. Besides this the tanks are also comes
in contact with water and has to be necessarily UV Stabilised. The
HALS based UV Stabilizers are used in maintain Physical and Surface
appearance of rotomoulded products for extended service life. KONSPEC

grade of UV Stabilized Masterbatches for the Stabilization of Green
House / Agricultural films based on the high molecular weight Polymeric
HALS UV Stabilizers with or without pesticide resistance depending
upon the customer requirement. These Masterbatches also provides stabilization
thermal against oxidation during the processing of these films.

stability and process stability for colour consistancy and colour
maintenance and physical properties retension of the moulded part
during end use.
U.V. STABILIZER MASTERBATCH FOR LDPE FILMS
Low density Polyethylene is a relatively inexpensive and general purpose
commodity material for use in outdoor applications. This material
is used in shrint wrap's industrial film and tarpaulins is necessary
for the product endurance.
