'KONSPEC'
Nucleating agent master batches are marketed under the brand name
'NUKON'.
NUKON master batches are formulated with carefully selected organic
compounds such as salts of mono or polycarboxylic acids and long chain
ester ionomer.
Most of the nucleating agents added to the polymers control crystal
structure and produce a high degree of crystallinity with fine grain
spherulite structure. This not only increases optical properties such
as transparency, transcluency but also improves physico-mechanical
properties. Nucleation effects are used to enhance processing and
end product characteristics viz, dimensional stability, post mould
shrinkage etc.
'NUKON' master batches are available
in concentrations of 10-20% active ingredients.
