'KONSPEC' Colour master batches are formulated with care to ensure that the needs of an application is met in its entirety.

'KONSPEC' offers a first rate Colour Matching facility with the latest softwares and colour matching booth. Customer requirements are thoroughly understood and products are then designed to meet their needs.

Polymers and pigments are carefully selected to meet product demands. Where products demand high performance, selection of appropriate pigments are made from the best available sources, keeping in mind heat stability, light fastness and migration resistance properties. Master Batches formulated with Heavy Metal free pigments are also available.

We also produce a range of special master batches for Washing Machines, Refrigerators and other Consumer durables. In this sector, colour quality is very critical as a number of polymers are handled and in the case of skin components a match with coated metal sheet is a tough requirement. A special team is in position to work closely and continuously with customers to meet these demands.



TECHNICAL DETAIL

These master batches are manufactured with different loadings of titanium dioxide, the principal pigment. Grades upto 72% titanium dioxide loading are offered for various applications. Titanium dioxide is in an excellent state of dispersion.

Customers have a choice of pure white and whites with different blue undertones. The grades of titanium dioxide used are carefully chosen to ensure high opacity and good dispersion keeping in view the applications.

The base carrier selected has total compatibility with the polymer being coloured.

These master batches are manufactured with PE, PP and PS base carriers, depending on the application.
