ANTISTATIC MASTER BATCHES FOR APPLIANCE PARTS
All the components used in manufacture of appliances parts like Washing
Machines, Refrigerator etc. needs to be free from dust that means
components should not attract any dust particles due to accumulation
of static charges. KONSPEC offers a special grade of Antistatic Masterbatches
for the above application by carefully selected Antistatic agents
which slightly induces the conductivity to the Components thus eliminating
static charges without affecting Asthetics of the Components, like
charity, etc.
ANTISTATIC MASTER BATCHES FOR ELCTRONIC APPLICATIONS
The use of Antistatic Agents in the Polymer Components for Electronic
applications is a very important criteria, since the static charges
can result in Electronic discharge. E.g. When films are coming in
contact with sensitive Electronic Equipment during packing or Electronic
Components stored in the plastic bin for longer period can damage
the components. KONSPEC offers Antistatic Masterbatch based on Amine
Derivative agents for the above application even under low relative
humidity conditions.
ASKON Master Batches are available
in loadings of 10%. It is important for customers to indicate the
end use applications and the surface resistance values which they
desire to achieve. |
